We are under no obligation to offer refunds or exchanges on your tickets if you are refused entry to a performance due to being late or you are unable to attend a performance due to any travel problems beyond our control.
Transfers Tickets can only be transferred within performances of the same run, subject to availability and at the discretion of the theatre for £2 fee per ticket plus any price difference between performances. Requests to transfer tickets can only be made by phone on 0207 226 8561 up until 6pm the day before the show for which you originally had tickets booked for, and by Friday 6pm for all performances Saturday-Monday.
Resales Tickets must not be sold for profit or commercial gain by any outlet other than the King's Head Theatre. Failure to comply will make this ticket and transaction void. If a performance is sold out we will endeavour to sell any returned tickets, subject to availability. If a ticket is resold we will issue a voucher to you for your ticket. The voucher will expire after 12 months, from the date of the issue of the voucher and can be used for payment for future bookings at the King's Head Theatre only.
Concessions Concessions are available to senior citizens, Equity/BECTU members, students, under 18s, NHS workers and people with registered disabilities. Concessions are available to our shows excluding previews and other selected performances, they are subject to availability and must be mentioned at the time of booking.
